Nice going, CA Supreme Court. In what goddamn universe does denying the right to marry to a specific group of people not constitute a revision to your constitution's equal protection clause? This is a fail beyond fucking belief. Yes, it IS a revision, you morons! So now we have a sort of caste system in California: those straights with all the rights, those 18K+ married gays who get to still be married, and those in the LGBT community who are denied a basic civil right.
This flies in the face of everything that is rational and just.
